Welcome to CorGuard. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

"CorGuard", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the CorGuard platform and its legal owner/operator.

"Client", "you", or "your" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the services.

"Unit" means a vehicle, person, or asset—whichever number is higher and used for billing purposes.

2. Services

CorGuard provides compliance and safety management solutions for businesses, including induction workflows, audit scheduling, document storage, and maintenance tracking tools.

3. Pricing and Billing

• Pricing is charged per unit per month.
• You will be billed monthly in arrears based on the maximum number of active units during the billing cycle.
• All fees are quoted in AUD and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to update pricing with a 30-day notice.

4. Account and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must ensure that your use of CorGuard complies with all applicable laws and workplace regulations.
• We may suspend access if you violate these terms, fail to make payments, or engage in misuse of the platform.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We adhere to Australian privacy laws and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data remains your property, and we only access it for service delivery, support, and improvement purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All CorGuard software, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of CorGuard and its licensors. Clients retain ownership of their uploaded data and documents.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate access with immediate effect in the event of:

• Material breach of terms,
• Unlawful use of the system,
• Non-payment beyond 30 days.

Upon termination, access to the system will cease, and we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data.

8. Liability and Indemnity

• CorGuard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you in the previous 3 months.
• You agree to indemnify us from any third-party claims resulting from your use of CorGuard.

9. Support and Uptime

We aim for 99.9% system uptime. Planned maintenance or urgent security patches may require temporary downtime, which we will notify you of in advance wherever possible.

Support is available via support@corguard.com.au and during standard business hours (AEST).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. All changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.
